Francesco Bizzarri, founder and director. One of the founder executives of Telepiù pay-TV in 1991, he was executive vice-president sales and marketing of the pay-TV, in 1994 he became general manager of Videomusic the first Italian music TV and general manager of New Media sales (advertising concessionaire of the Marcucci group), then managing director of Cartuno, a format company of the Settimana Enigmistica group. General manager of Nodalis (a telecommunications company of the Marcucci group), he was also a board member of Tiscali from 2005 to 2009.
Since 2003, he has been working as an independent consultant in the area of strategy, content and production for various media groups such as Sky Italia, Rcs-Digicast, Raisat/Sky, De Agostini Digital and TV group, Chello-zone, Nbc-Universal Italia, Gambero Rosso Channel.
He has worked with Polivideo on important productions for pay TV and free TV. In 2013 he co-produced the biopic ‘Io sono nata viaggiando’, a docu-fiction on the life of Dacia Maraini, with Dacia as the protagonist, and the following year, together with Solaria Film, a serialised programme on the 6 Nations rugby tournament commissioned by Discovery, and filmed in the 6 nations of the tournament. He has to his credit several productions for pay-TV channels.
Maurizio Nichetti, artistic director. An actor and director, he has received several awards in his career, including three Nastri d’argento for Ratataplan (1980, best first-time director), Ladri di saponette (1989, best subject) and Luna e l’altra (1997, best film director). In 1991, Nichetti received the David di Donatello for the screenplay of Volere Volare. Since 2014, he has been the artistic director of the Milan office of the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia. He also directed the Trento Mountain Exploration and Adventure Festival and participated in several international film juries such as Berlin, Cannes, Montreal and the third edition of the International Documentary Festival Visions from the World.
Michele Sancisi: Sky Italia journalist, producer for pay TV of numerous formats, special investigations, documentaries on cinema themes and biographies. Former member of the critics’ union SNCCI, and consultant to the Municipality of Milan for cultural initiatives and entertainment, with the cultural association La Biografika. Member of juries of national and international festivals. He has published several biographical books such as “Tutto su Mariangela” (Melato), “Il mondo di Nanni Svampa”, “Walter Chiari, un animale da palcoscenico”.
Alessandro Arangio Ruiz, consultant and jury coordinator and selection, former member of the organising committee of the Rome Film Festival. He has worked in the organisation of Estate Romana events. He collaborated for years with film distribution companies, participating in the main film/television markets: Mifed, Mip, Mipcom, Cannes Film Festival. He organised and produced programmes and videos for television production companies, such as Confindustria conventions, De Andrè’s concert at the Brancaccio, the production of the Gambero Rosso Channel’s externals. From 2007 to 2014 he collaborated with the Roma Fiction Festival, both as production and Docufiction manager. In 2017, he was production manager at MIA.
Luisa Morandini,
in addition to having been co-author with her father and still editing the Dizionario Dei Film for Zanichelli – is an actress, director, documentary filmmaker and film critic.
She holds cinema and visual arts courses for children in Santiago de Cuba and film seminars in high schools in Milan. Author of Il Dizionario Del Cinema Junior (Gallucci, 2009), she made her debut in fiction in 1996 with the novel Inter Nos, followed in 2018 by Rincorrere il vento (Pendragon).
Cinzia Masòtina, consultant and coordinator VISIONI INCONTRA. Cultural operator in the professional fields of literature and cinema. Since 1993 she has collaborated with national and international publishing houses as an author and text editor (Bompiani, Garzanti) and with various magazines as a film critic and contributor, scriptwriter, story analyst and story editor for film production companies and individual authors. Since 2006 she has collaborated with the Faculty of Communication, Public Relations and Advertising at the IULM University in Milan as an adjunct lecturer in ‘Writing for the Cinema’. She is a representative of the North and a member of the National Board of 100Autori, an association of film and television authorship.
